The past 4 days I've been getting the steak and eggs ! The beef is so delicious its so tender it pulls apart so easily , its hard not to order more ! It is buffet style as well ! Enjoy your visit !

The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. The food and drinks were delicious, the surroundings well maintained and luxurious. What a wonderful evening, we will treasure this experience for years to come.
I love this place! They have lovely and friendly hostesses. Great view and great food. My favorite is during breakfast. We also enjoyed the sea bass for dinner. The servers are also sweet and helpful. They make your experience delightful.
The people of palladium are amazing. Fernanda has been keeping me fit during my stay. They offer many pool side fitness classes and sometimes I am the only one attending so it’s like having a personal trainer. Fernanda makes it fun and makes sure I have good form. I hope more people join in but I also like the extra attention she gives me. She also suggests other activities around the resort that I will enjoy. Thank you Fernanda!!! I can’t figure out how too add a separate review so I am adding to my previous one. We ate most breakfasts and lunches at Helios. The food and service is outstanding. Martha took care of us almost each time. She made my Mom and I feel special and surprise us with flowers, special drinks and dessert. Service like this is why we are returning to TRS next year!!
Amazing food- I couldn't stay away from the sushi and ceviche corner! Enjoyed lunch two days in a row in the outdoor area with views of the sea and live music. Breakfast here was also delicious, with a selection of Mexican eggs and tropical fruit new even to me (a girl from sunny Taiwan). 5 stars all round!
A superb place to have dinner! Only place we went twice whilst staying at TRS. Sitting on the coast in the evening hearing the waves roar and feeling the nice cooling sea breeze! Service as with everything in this place was outstanding. Food was great, the mini starters were beautiful, varied and delicious. We had surf and turf both times, why would you not have all inclusive lobster? My girlfriend friend switched between lobster thermidor and grilled and loved both. The secret dessert was fun and delightful. Only tip you really need, sit outside!
One of the best buffet experiences within the Palladium Hotel Group in Riviera Maya. Service was amazing and options were great, both ala cart and the buffet. I especially loved the sweets selection at breakfast and the sushi and poke bowls at lunch. Plus you could have snacks at the infinity pools which are right next door.
